Go2TeachEnglish is a service mark of the company English Examiners and is wholly owned by English Examiners. English Examiners provides a limited a limited venue for prospective employers and job seekers to meet online. If your intent it to use this site for the expressed purpose of posting an employment position or posting a resume in search of employment, please read the following Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement. You will be asked to abide by the stated terms of use and your acceptance will be construed as an Agreement between English Examiners and You, the User.
Modifications
The website Go2TeachEnglish.com will be referred to hereafter as G2TE. The terms �You� and �User� shall herein refer to all entities and/or individuals accessing this website for the purposes of offering employment or seeking employment by posting their Content on the Job Board of this Site. English Examiners reserves the right to modify, change or revise the Terms and Conditions of Use for G2TE without prior notice and that the Agreement shall continue in force and effect for as long as the User continues to post Content on G2TE.
Terms of Agreement
The User agrees to be solely responsible for providing and maintaining accurate information and understands that all responsibilities for updating this information lies with the User who originated the posting. The information generated by the User includes text, any messages, images, files, photos, pictures, sound recordings or any other materials contained or associated with or linked to the User�s posting.
G2TE�s Job Board merely acts as a passive conduit and does not pre-screen, approve or monitor a posting by the User. The User specifically assumes complete responsibility for the posting, items and links contained therein.
Users accept the accuracy of other Users� postings on G2TE at their own risk. Furthermore, any linking to websites or contacts with businesses who have posted on G2TE are at the sole discretion, responsibility and liability of the User who initiates the contact. English Examiners is exempted from all liability issues associated with the Contents originated by Users on G2TE�s Job Board.
Prohibited Uses
The Job Board of G2TE may only be used for employers seeking employees and individuals seeking employment. English Examiners strictly prohibits any unlawful use of G2TE. All Users agree not to use G2TE�s Job Board for the following:
Posting false, inaccurate or misleading information about a position being offered;
Posting false, inaccurate or misleading biographical information about yourself;
Misrepresenting or impersonating an entity or person for the sake of deception;
Use software that produces excessive amounts of Content designed to overwhelm the site;
Post irrelevant Content deemed to be offensive and/or objectionable by accepted standards;
Attempt to gai n unauthorized access to G2TE or disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software that makes up a part or whole of this site;
Use spiders, robots, crawlers and all types of data mining programs and tools on G2TE;
Personal Information
Each User is entirely responsible for maintaining the privacy of his/her account. The User is also responsible for all activity generated by his/her account.
In the process of registering for an account with G2TE, the User agrees to provide certain information to English Examiners. English Examiners reserves the right to collect, store and utilize this data. The User hereby agrees that English Examiners may, in its sole discretion, preserve and disclose this information to third parties at any time thereafter.
Termination of Service
The User agrees that English Examiners has the complete right to delete or deactivate the User�s account without prior notice and to remove all Contents, without limitation, that has been originated by the User. This deletion, deactivation or removal of Content will occur if for any reason it is deemed that the User has violated the terms of this Agreement or the letter or spirit of this Agreement. English Examiners shall not be liable to the User or any third party for the termination of a User�s account and removal of Content.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT IS ENGLISH EXAMINERS LIABLE TO THE USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, IMPLIED, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ENGLISH EXAMINERS, THROUGH GO2TEACHENGLISH.COM IS NOT INVOLVED IN THE ACTUAL EXCHANGE AND NEGOTIATION BETWEEN USERS. AS SUCH, USERS ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH INTERNATION TRAVEL, RELOCATION AND INTERNATIONAL EMPLOYMENT. BECAUSE VERIFICATION IS DIFFICULT OVER THE INTERNET AND IN MANY COUNTRIES, ENGLISH EXAMINERS CANNOT BE INVOLVED IN USER-TO-USER TRANSACTIONS. IF THERE IS A DISPUTE ON THIS SITE BETWEEN USERS OR ANY THIRD PARTIES, ENGLISH EXAMINERS AND G2TE ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO BECOME INVOLVED. THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND IS URGED TO USE COMMONE SENSE AND CAUTION WHEN CONTACTING ANYONE THEY DO NOT KNOW OVER THE INTERNET.
ADDITIONALLY, ENGLISH EXAMINERS IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE TRANMISSION OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR ANY OTHER HARMFUL MATERIAL OVER OUR SITE. ENGLISH EXAMINERS PERIODICALLY UPDATES AND CHANGES THE SITE. HOWEVER WE ARE AS VULNERABLE TO THE HAZARDS OF THE INTERNET [E.G. VIRUSES] AS ARE ALL SITES. THE USER IS PROVIDED A VENUE �AS IS� WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR PROTECTION OF ANY KIND.
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless English Examiners and its affiliates, directors, officers and employees against all claims, causes of actions, loss, demands, penalties, damages, costs, judgments, attorney�s fees or any other expenses incurred with, caused by or relating to any failures to act, breach of terms, representations or warranties set forth.
Governing Law, Venue
This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and governed as to procedural and substantive matters according to the federal laws of the United States of America and in particular, to the laws of the state of Texas. The User agrees that the laws and judicial decisions of Orange County, Texas shall be used to determine the validity, interpretation and binding effect of this Agreement. All actions arising from or related to this Agreement will be brought to the courts of Orange County, Texas. Furthermore, the User waives the right to a trial by jury in any case that may arise out of a dispute regarding this Agreement.
Waiver
A waiver of a breach of any provision in this Agreement by English Examiners shall not be construed to be a waiver of English Examiners to enforce any other provision of this Agreement.
Force Majeure
English Examiners will make every good faith effort to keep Go2TeachEnglish.com operational and accessible for its Users. However, from time to time, certain technical difficulties beyond the control of English Examiners may occur and User services may be affected. The User agrees to hold English Examiners NOT liable for any interruptions of service or failure to perform any provision of this Agreement and will be excused without penalty until such time as Go2TeachEnglish.com can function in its normal operating mode.

PRIVACY POLICY

We have established a privacy policy so that the User may understand how his/her personal information is collected, stored and used on this website. Changes may be added from time to time and items on this page should not be construed to be all inclusive.

Collection

We collect your name and email address in order to establish a new user account.

For paid postings, we collect an address, email address, phone number, fax number, as well as credit card information associated with the billing address of the credit card holder. We store the personal information of our Users. However, all billing information is not stored by this site, but is passed on to a financial gateway that processes all financial information for the purposes of payment and notification of payments.
